Simple custom made confession site

I need a custom confession site. I'm not looking for a design just the coding. I need this ASAP so I will consider the fastest and cheapest. I do know php but don't have the time to complete this, this shuold not be a difficult project, just a couple of display pages, forms, and coding, as I said NO design, just plain text. I DO NOT want premade scripts, I needs someone who can code this. Easy job, quick. More details in the Word Doc.
