My application is running with Laravel 5.4. I need a very simple feedback form which will have 4 questions. See below the tasks to be done. 1) Feedback Form: Ask following questions on feedback form a) Overall condition/ appearance of property - 1-10 (1 lowest – 10 best) b) Cleanliness of property - 1-10 (1 lowest – 10 best) c) How satisfied have you been with your stay 1-10 (1 lowest – 10 best) d) Staff friendliness/satisfaction 1-10 What could we have done better – please leave option to make notes On submit, validate and save the data in database for future reference 2) On submit of the feedback form, send the same to admin in email. Show a Thankyou page to user for submitting the feedback Its a long term project. If the first task goes well, you will keep getting work from me.
