We need a clone of Cutenews on [url removed, login to view]

Simple News generation script that allows journalists to add news items on a central site. Admin defines category names, user access and signup etc.

The cutephp script has a powered by link which goes back to their main site. We would like to have something similar in our version with the user allowed to pay for a licence via paypal to then have the powered by line deleted from their site if they choose to!
