Simple webpage which creates simple code (SPSS Syntax) via javascript from text input

I need a simple webpage which contains a formfield (see example attached) where the user can paste a number of words (= variable names, separated by space, comma, semicolon, tab or cr). Those words should by used by a script (e.g., javascript) to produce a "code snipped" which contains these words at a particular part in the code. Two more form fields allow the input of two integers, which are also used in the code below (default "1" and "5") Example: - User pastes following variable names into form field: Var001 Var002 Var003 Var004 Var005 Var006 Var012 Var018 Var302 - User clicks a button "make syntax" - After the click, a code is produced in a second form field which uses the input from above, leading to VECTOR V = Var001 Var002 Var003 Var004 Var005 Var006 Var012 Var018 Var302. COMPUTE #RUN = 1. COMPUTE MAXRUN = 1. LOOP #z = 1 to 5. LOOP #i = 2 TO 9. DO IF V(#i) EQ V(#i-1) and V(#i) EQ #z. COMPUTE #RUN = #RUN + 1. COMPUTE MAXRUN = MAX(MAXRUN, #RUN). ELSE. COMPUTE #RUN = 1. END IF. END LOOP. END LOOP. EXECUTE. Note that the variable names appear at a certain place in the code. The "1" and the the "5" from the two other form field appear in line 4. The "9" in line 5 refers to the number of the variable names which have been pasted. This produced code can be copied by clicking a button "copy to clipboard". Other form field reads "clear" to clear form field 1 and form field 2 In a second form field all the variable names with odd rank should be placed in first line. All the variable names with even rank should be placed in the second line.
