I have a website hosted on uniserve, and structurally speaking is a static HTML/CSS website based on Bootstrap framework 3.0. I'm looking to find a way to either create a new site via wordpress or a similar platform without moving the hosting as we want to be able to make changes to the site easily, without the need for a dev and losing our current hosting on uniserve. Just need technical expertise, all design will be handled from my end.
