Hello Sir, Ive more than 5 years of experience of Quick Books and Ms Excel. The business you told in description does not need to have such big accounting system like quick books as it is not easy to handle and doesn’t make sense for such small volume of transactions. Hello. I noticed your project description and it piqued my attention. First, allow me to mention that while I am new to Freelancer, I am not new to accounting. Yes, you are correct, it sounds as if QuickBooks will work very nicely for you. And yes, I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I do not work for Quickbooks, the certification indicates that I have completed training and passed the qualifying exams. As the resume indicates, I have several years of experience working with QB. We can also compare the desktop vs the online versions to make sure you get the one best for your situation. In addition to the QB experience, I am an accountant, again with several years of experience and by formal education. That means when you need to file your taxes, I can assist you with that. You did not indicate if you were operating as a sole proprietorship or as a LLC. If you need assistance in determining which will be best for you, I should be able to assist with that. But with either of those choices, we can take care of those returns in-house. My salary is negotiable. This proposal is based upon an hourly rate and 3 hours of work. That may well be enough to set-up QB once we have the needed information.
