Social Media Manager is a task management position to service specific support tasks. This position is both client-facing and task-driven, reporting to the Director of Operations.
The qualifications for this position are:
Ability to self-manage and multitask responsibly, as well as communicate and adhere to realistic deadlines
Ability to maintain high levels of professional customer service in client interactions
Availability to respond to emails on Mondays through Fridays within 6 hours
Consistent access to high speed internet, and a computer that is technically capable of completing assigned tasks
Ability to meet weekly with Operations Manager for service reporting, feedback, etc.
This position is contracted at-will, and can be terminated at any point due to performance issues and/or staffing need changes. All newly hired staff will have performance evaluated for the first 90 days, and then yearly thereafter.
