socialengine php: disable "mouse over" using smartphone on my site

Hi, a lot of users complain that buttons and link does not work on my site, but is not so. They works, but using smartphone, the first click (tap) is interpreted by the platform as the mouse that go over, so buttons works only at the second tap. the site is [login to view URL] and is developed using socialengine php
