Speed up my website using optimizing and CDN

Hi
I am just about finishing my website [login to view URL] but it has become painfully slow.
I need some one to speed it up.
You probably have to optimize a lot of stuff, reduce photo sizes and generelly work with the settings.
Furthermore it might be a good idea to set up a CDN.
Here I am thinking about either the free Cloudflare or AWS or Google.
Please write how you would approach this and if you have experience with Google/QWS CDN.
The plugin DAP is installed and it is an LMS website, in case that makes a difference.
