Hi, I'm running a small music institution. I am already using Google Sheet for database management and it's semi-automated now. I have basic excel ideas.
What I'm looking for is full automation so that i can save time.
My first requirement is to manage Fee Receipts. In this case, I'm using checkboxes once i get money, i click the check box and it keeps record. After that, again i need to print/mail bill seperately which is time consuming.
So here in this case (Fee management) i need a fully automated system where in one click, there will be a timestamp entry and a pdf bill will be generated and sending a e-mail to that particular student.
Next system is to integration with WhatsApp Business or SMS, if possible.
This is for sending a reminder message in case payment delay.
Third is payment gateway integration, if possible
But main and first priority is to make Fee Management System.
