We have a small taxi company working 24h/24 for hotels mainly with 15 cars and 50 drivers.
We are looking for an existing taxi management system that could be adapted to our needs.
General features of our taxi management system:
The Taxi Company would like to acquire a cloud system to manager Hotels and Client’ orders for rides.
1) The client billing of the rides is done on
a. a flat rate basis (discount code can be applied to a client)
b. a meter (subject to time, km like Uber with an automatic discount (discount subject to time frame or client code)
2) Billing can be done weekly and monthly to client
3) Payment can be done daily, weekly or monthly to suppliers (car owner) according to the contract
4) The system will record all events concerning the client, the car and the driver
a. Routes
b. Dispatcher
c. Clients pick up and drop off
d. Car Refueling and maintenance
e. Driver appreciation and remarks
f. Client appreciation and remarks

Mobile apps:
1) Hotels or Client’s app to order a taxi, with the capability to order more than one taxi at the same time for the hotel dispatchers:
a. The order is sent to the nearest available driver
b. If no driver available, the job is queued to the dispatch for a driver assignment
2) Driver app with:
a. See assigned job with origin and destination
b. Pick up job button + end of the job button
c. Occupied mode
3) Car app
a. Vehicle inspections: Load inspection form according to the contract
b. Fuel management: Log fuel, date, time and km + photo of the pit

4) Dispatcher app to manage the fleet from anywhere with a mobile app
