Time slot and Booking database logic

I am looking to hire a developer well versed with mysql database and database logic. I need to split a day into variable length time slots that. I would like to create a booking system that accounts for different variables to determine if a customer can or can not book an appointment for a particular time slot. Some appointments will be 15 minutes some will be 45 minutes. If a customer selects a service that takes 15 minutes the database will need to return slots that will fit their selected service and its service time. The system will also need to account for travel time/distance of the service provider from the requested service location. The remaining time slots for the business day will need to adjust based on what appointments are confirmed in the database. If a customer selects a 30 minute service and lives 35 minutes from the service center the database should return options that account for the service time and travel time in relation to the remaining available time slots that may or may not have already been scheduled/selected. The customer will be selecting a service, enter their service address and the database will need to return a list of dates and times available based on those two inputs.
