Update/Create Forms (PHP/MySQL)

TASK 1 (SEE IMAGE [login to view URL]) Add a dropdown to the existing form If option A in the existing dropdown is selected, show dropdown A1 If option B in the existing dropdown is selected, show dropdown B1 (Will update the form option names later, just use Option 1, Option 2 etc.) NOTES The fields are databased, so the form fields do not need to be hardcoded This is part of an existing site using the classifieds software 68classifieds. TASK 2 (SEE IMAGE [login to view URL]) Depending what option the user selects show a different form for each option There are a total of four options and therefore four forms Currently there is one form Ten fields are the same on all four forms There is an additional 1 to 30 extra fields depending on the option the user chose How do the correct fields appear on the correct form? Use one script for all pages, and just an if-then-else to show the correct fields for the selected option. Are the fields already databased? Yes How are fields created? Right now there is an administrative area that allows you to create as many fields as you want and these are stored in MySQL. This will be used as is, and will not be modified. Other General Requirements 1. Bachelor degree preferred, but not required 2. 4+ yrs programmer PHP / MySQL 3. Available to work on project full time, not available to part-time developers 4. Able to start work 10 am IST (or earlier) 5. English: Written (excellent), spoken (good) 6. Access to phone / internet phone 7. Resume available 8. Broadband
