Upgrade my Facebook Image Uploading Script/App

Hi,
I have a facebook image uploading script/app. It lets users upload image from my website to Facebook account of user in just one click.
It stopped working since Facebook stopped supporting older versions of Apps.
I get this error now:
"Invalid Scopes: photo_upload. This message is only shown to developers. Users of your app will ignore these permissions if present. Please read the documentation for valid permissions at: [url removed, login to view]"
I need someone to upgrade the script to latest version and fix any bugs it may have.
