I am looking for a talented programmer who is good in both PHP and designing. I have an existing PHP website built on smarty templates. The website has over 150 designs, which can be loaded from a control panel more like you load themes in wordpress. I want to convert these templates to become mobile friendly. It seems that only 2 files need to be changed for each template. Your bid should only include changing one template (i.e. two files). If your work is good, then I’ll award more templates as agreed.
