Upload File Scripts through HTTP POST in PHP/Python/Node.js

Need two simple scripts for uploading one file at a time to a server. One of the scripts run at the server. The other script runs at a client. Both scripts can be written in PHP, Python, or Node.js. The server is an Ubuntu server.
At the server, there is one database with 3 tables:
1. User table - hashed email address and hashed password
2. Session key table
3. File upload information table
Attached picture is the flowchart/specification for both scripts. In order to filter bot bidding, when you bid, you MUST reply with the word in RED colour at the bottom right of the attached picture. Otherwise, you bid will not be considered.
