We have installed a contribution to our webstore to allow tracking and UPS shipping information. Now USPS shipping is not being displayed, and UPS is the only option. We need the customer to be able to choose USPS or UPS shipping as well as track their package. We installed a UPS Contribution and now all orders made are not showing up with the shipping information during checkout or order finalization. Website can be viewed at [url removed, login to view]
When checking out, our customers should be able to
1)Choose from the standard UPS options (overnight, 2nd day, ground, etc.) as well as USPS 1st Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail.
2)They should also be emailed/provided a tracking number and instructions on how to track their order.
We need for you to install the correct contribution, then. Please tell us which contribution you will install.
We would also like for you to provide instructions as to how the UPS contribution works, such as what it provides to the customer and what options it gives the store owner/administrator.
