Urgent - OSCommerce Expert / Ultimate SEO Contrib Issue

OK - I have a store that has been running for the past two years. I have a custom form, that quit working once I have enabled Ultimate SEO with mod_rewrite. Here is what is happening:

You choose your options, and click form button. The page reloads:

/[url removed, login to view];action=verify#anc

And offers the customer to verify before adding to cart.

NOW what happens with the NEW SEO URL:

/[url removed, login to view]

The page just reloads itself, I think it is because of the url difference so the varible isn't being passed? Probably an easy fix.

We are on a very tight budget - if you would post a lower bid, it would help. If your reliable, we will use you again. If $30.00 is as low as you can go, I understand.
