The problem we're experiencing is when customers pay with PayPal IPN, the charge goes through, and the order is inserted into the database. However, we're not receiving emails from the store for the transaction, and I would assume, neither is the customer. I have a feeling the PayPal classes are terminating the [url removed, login to view] scripting before the order email. That being said, we have turned on the debugging notifications since the problem began, and we receive several for each transaction(5 or more). This needs to be fixed quickly.
