I need a virtual call center application where will allow me to create a telemarketing campaign and track results.
I would need these features:
- Multiple users calling clients, with no overlapping
- Importing a mysql database of client's data for calls
- Historical Reports of calls done by each user, day/week/month/total, time the call was done, who made it, which client, success of call, etc.
- Custom form to visualize when user is going to call where he'll be able to have a call flow and fill up forms as he talks to client. This form will be composed of several custom fields and questions.
- Calls to be made today. We need a calendar for each user so that user knows which are the clients he needs to call today. When user calls a client and he's not available, he'll probably be told a time/date to call back. We need this feature for each user so that calls are made when they have to be made.
- Possibility of sending an email to client with custom username (based on phone or mobile), and password we're told by phone. Once we have that info, we'll send an email template (in the application as well) to the client reminding him of log in information.
I don't care if this is a ready made script that I can adapt to my needs, it does not have to be a script build from scratch. I'm sure there are some readymade solutions out there. I looked for them, but I was not lucky. I would even choose an on demand virtual call center if price is acceptable. Client would have about 3-4 people calling part time.
