Volusion API Integration

*** ONLY BID IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCED WITH VOLUSION API's *** We need some Volusion API help to server two functions, and we have two routes we are able to go with this with the first being a web service request or a small micro application or code snippets that will work Example: POST http://yourdomain. com/net/[login to view URL] Or we are open to having a small micro application built in either C#, VB.NET that will perform the same tasks that can be run from a windows command. We would Prefer to have the this application run by a web request if possible and we will need to have the ability to edit the encrypted password every 90 days so If this is within the string this is fine or if it is a small application then we maybe able to pull this in from a text file locally.
