I want to build Chess game ( multiplayer) website

I want to build a Multiplayer Chess Game website that should have options the same as [login to view URL] as these all are common options so can check it as a sample from there. 1) can add friends 2) who can play with friends 3) should have a multiplayer game playing option. 4) should have the option to pay and play for the game as same as [login to view URL] but with real money. 5) so need payment gateway as well so the player can add the amount to his wallet and play if he wins amount added to his wallet if he looses then amount deducted. 6) Money Withdraw system 7) need full report system also 8) the option to send challenge to friends to play the game. 9) email verification on signup 10) Professional emails should send for every action on the website. like signup, reset pass, withdraw request, deposit email, etc. 11) Need attractive design as per nowadays UI
