Our business selling Mobile phone product in ebay, magento and store, we need webbase management Software able to handle Online customer warranty return and Shopfront staff to book warranty/return for walking customer.
Requirement:
- Book online warranty/return request, upload document/images
- Email/SMS confirmation
- Customer can check job status online
- Shop staff can booking using staff login, print out confirmation give to customer, customer also received booking detail in email/sms
- Staff Communicate with customer, upload document/image
- Staff approve return or instruction sent to service center
- Staff can update 3rd party job reference
- Staff update warranty/return progress
- All communication update via email / SMS (optional)
