Looking for a web application or script that will download a website from [url removed, login to view]

1. I would enter a website link link this one for instance:

[url removed, login to view]://[url removed, login to view]

2. The script would in turn download all of the pages, images, css, js, swf and place them in separated folders:

.php, .htm, .html etc => /

.css => /css

.js => /js

.swf, .jpg, .png, .gif etc => /images

also it would need to convert all of the page files to .html

3. it would then rewrite all of the pages/links to be relative so that the website could be reuploaded to a server.

4.(heres the tricky part I believe) the script would also have to rewrite each page to link to the other pages that are relative, currently right now if you were to look at the site above it would break it down into different links. for some reason [url removed, login to view] makes each page under a diffeent folder and the links to go back to a page are not the original link you started with but another set of links. if you were to click the link above and then click on portfolio, it would bring you to this page:

[url removed, login to view]://[url removed, login to view]

Notice the two different numbers in the link, it would need to be made so that each page's links are relative to the root folder where all of the pages are located so instead of it looking like:

[url removed, login to view]://[url removed, login to view]

it would read as:

/[url removed, login to view]

5. Afterwards the script would need to Zip the files up and either email a link to me for download or show the link on page once its complete.

My Max is $300 and is a bit flexible depending on the skills
