Job Description:
Looking for some software for a child learning facility. This should be a web based software built using javascript, jquery, php and mariadb.
Requirements:
• Develop a schedule to track teachers/employees hours worked
• Teachers/employees may be scheduled to work in different locations
• Teachers/employees will need their own login to view their schedule
• Reports that show an employees hours worked vs hours scheduled
• Employees hours will need to be tracked by them signing in and out of work using a tablet.
• Employees will be able to login and request time off
• System should track employees time off (vacation, sick, etc)
• System should be able to export total hours worked weekly for each employee to a csv file
• System will track paid hours vs unpaid hours for each employee
• Ability to add all children in daycare to system as a profile
• Alert system admin when a child is turning ages
• System should track classroom sizes and recommend a classroom to move to when a student changes age
• Ability for parents to notify facility when a child is sick and not attending class
• Ability for parents to assign people who can pickup their children after school. (permanent, single time only)
