Web Hook That emails my crm

I have set up email marketing software through Sendy, it's a program that does Email Marketing through Amazon SES. Sendy is set up on my own hosting domain but sends emails through Amazon SES. Whenever someone signs up to my email system newsletters, etc, i want to have certain ones BCC to my CRM so they are logged. I've looked on Sendy's site and it seems the way to do this is with a webhook, don't really want to edit any Sendy source code! Just find a way to use the systems in place to log the info in the CRM. I would like to see if this can be affordibly set up using the web hook or other feature they provide. I also want to understand the format so i can add them in the future without help. So getting on the phone to explain a few things is a must.
