My server has recently been upgraded with the following specs
10 core , 60 GB ram , yet the page speed times are over 15+ seconds
So what was done was all the images on the site were optimized to its lowest size and yet the page speed only got to around 10 seconds which is terrible as shown in the google page speed for mobile and desktop
