Website PHP version and mySQL > Maria DB 10.6 upgrade and testing -- 2

This project requires PHP version and mySQL > Maria DB 10.6 upgrade and testing for a website. All testing of the site after upgrade works are completed should be carried out on the new production server via host file method. After testing, all test database entries should be deleted and the site synced with the live server database before changing DNS to place the new site in operation. We will ask our client to test their site on the new server using host file method on the 18th August. Allowing 1 week of client testing we will revert to you for any hotfixes/bugs identified by the client. Target Date for DNS change: 25th Aug. For approx 2 weeks after the server switch-over you will be required to be available (remaining on standby) to hotfix any issues identified by our clients with a response time from issue notification of 4 hours between BST 09.00 - 18.00 (Monday to Friday) and a target time to fix any issues of 12 hours from time of issue notification. Please confirm which working hours between BST 09.00 - 18.00 you can be reached (should this be required) post switch-over. You will be notified if any issues arise after server switch-over which need addressed, however you must also be available to attend GoogleMeet (screenshare calls) should this be required to discuss any specific issues if the need arises. Please also confirm you acceptance of this and what hours you would be available if required Monday to Friday.
