Whatsapp bulk unlimited messages sender script working in server

Need to develop an PHP script whatsApp to install on server, with this capabilities to work like whatsapp.

1- send bulk messages to Whatsapp contacts which will be more than 5K daily.

2- ability to import/export bulk .txt/.csv contain mobile numbers

3- ability to filter active contact list with options ( no have whatsapp- last seen )

4- ability to have language files to add more then 1 Lang

5- ability to add/remove mobile numbers / IMEI , to send messages from .

6- ability to customize send messages and customize how much message to be sent hourly and which numbers used to send the message from .

7- ability to view recent activity and messages history

8- ability to support the script for any updates later on which can be made from whatsapp end .

9- ability to upgrade

10- I want to send single or bulk whatsapp (text, photo, audio, Video, vcard..location)

11- I need to put a schedule for sending
