WHMCS 403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!

i just update whmcs to 7.8.3 version and all start working improperly,when i log into setting and try to save i got ~403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!~
If my customer try to open a ticket they will get error ~Oops!

i contact whmcs and they sayd~ This indicates a Mod Security rule is being triggered by WHMCS, I would suggest reaching out to your System Administrator / Provider to check the Mod Sec audit logs to confirm, if so the offending rule should be whitelisted to ensure normal WHMCS usage doesn't cause problems.
Once done, this should work as expected.~
someone can help me fix those? need to be done in few hours
