WOOCOMMERCE CUSTOM ORDER

Hi I need a customer order form for my woocommerce site. Using same customer registration and address details.... I need a form for our Facebook customer to request new product and submit orders.... Customer details same as woocomerce with add extra feild facebook name/id: ........................................................ So we will hide/publish product on our woocommerce site. ......................................................................................................... After submit show order no big font to remember and sent to email. Admin : Edit order form name/qty/price /total and submit.
