WooCommerce & Shipping Integration Help

My WordPress site is a custom build hosted on Hostinger. I now need WooCommerce added for smooth product and order management, but the existing UI / UX must stay exactly as it is—no layout shifts, no style changes. Alongside WooCommerce, I want a reliable shipping workflow. I’m open to either NimbusPost or Shiprocket integration; choose whichever meshes best with the tech stack and gives me real-time rates, label generation, tracking updates and automatic status syncing. The admin area already has most of the required plugins, yet they’re scattered and occasionally conflict. Please audit, remove bloat, and reorder them so future updates stay painless. Additional content tweaks: • Build a dedicated FAQ page in the current design language and link it cleanly from the header/footer. • Embed short video / GIF testimonials on the home page without affecting load speed (lazy-loading or similar optimisation is fine). Deliverables I’ll use to sign-off: 1. WooCommerce installed, configured and running test orders with my existing theme intact. 2. Fully functional NimbusPost or Shiprocket shipping module, end-to-end tested. 3. Streamlined plugin list with clear notes on what was removed or added. 4. New FAQ page matching existing styles. 5. Video/GIF testimonial section live, responsive and performance-checked. Timeline: ASAP. Please outline how fast you can move and what access you’ll need (cPanel, WP admin, staging, etc.).
