As such, there are some old orders/subscriptions that we need help managing or have questions about how best to manage them.I want to work with someone for a few hours to address the following points
We have a customer that is paying for their annual subscription using PayPal. This was setup BEFORE Woocommerce Subscriptions were added to the site.
Is it possible to create a new WooCommerce Subscription that can reference their existing PayPal subscription Transaction ID, and thereby WooCommerce will understand that when the next time payment is made it is attributed to this Subscription automatically?
If we want to cancel and refund a customer's subscription (payment via PayPal - setup within the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin) how best to do this?
How can we be confident that their Paypal subscription is automatically cancelled/refunded
