I have a web based on wordpress. It’s a platform for medical treatments purpose in Spanish, powered mainly by wc appointments and wc frontend manager plugins. I need to finish my site, required developments:
Create a woocommerce product, that blocks access to dashboard or “appointment” section inside it, if an appointment sent to the client doesn’t update status to “completed” or “attended”, after the date given. Additionally, warning emails must be triggered. Finally, give access again after payment is confirmed.
The platform sends a budget(wc order), attached with appointments, product and addons for this product(wc appoiments). I have to create groups with conditional price or discounts, applicable to product and addons. Additionally, create a field to insert a “client number”
we sell medical(dental) treatments, and specials discounts for them by a subscription to our page(sort of medical inssurence). Its powered mainly by wc appointments, wc frontend manager ultimate and wc memberships/subscription. We have two kind of users, clients and professionals. Professionals users are logged in and interacts by wc frontend manager(they don’t have access to backend). In their dashboard they can see the shchedule and many other features, like send a treatment (treatment = WC order ( appointments + WC simple product with maybe addons)) to a customer. By default, the wc appointments plugin, only allows to send one appointment for each order. I developed a plugin to modify this, so the professional can select as many appointments as he needs and some addons to create the final price of the order. Then the clients can pay the order in their dashboard and with payment completed the treatment starts.
First: we will accept clients with medical insurance, and have to make discount depending on which one it is. So it need to be added on the “send treatment” screen and applies discount to product and addons(not the same to both and must settable in the woocommerce product).
Second: Appointments are CPT assigned to clients, within an order. When a professional receive clients, he update the post “Pending” to “completed”, of course with the wc frontend manager interface. We have to charge the client if they don’t show to a date assigned to him in the treatment, and make actions to force him to pay: block his dashboard and show a link to a product(charge) and send him reminders emails. After payment is completed, give normal access again.
Third: Apis, connect site with zoho
new user with role store vendor || shop staff, create it in zoho books. Same if its update/deleted
create/delete a product in zoho books when created/deleted in woocommerce (associated with same vendor in zoho/wc)
send orders in woocommerce to zoho books estimates, included the product and addons in the order and final price, associated with the salesvendor(woocommerce web has a marketplace plugin with vendors) and the customer(development already done)
Update estimate if the payment in wc is completed
