Wordpress Environtment Sysadmin Expert / DevOp (repost)

I'm looking for very experienced sysadmins experts in the Linux / WordPress area for long term tasks. Here we have the requirements: - Able to detect conflicts with core / plugins / themes at systems / PHP environtment - Able to diagnose issues with loading time at a system level - Able to detect any issues checking the logs (apache / nginx servers) - Able to work under pression - Available to talk via Skype using VOICE, not TEXT CHAT - Works really fast - No need to think, just have a very large knowledge and experience, so can fix things in seconds, not hours. - Able to suggest / tune linux server caching tools - Able to find best and faster way to get best pagespeed benchmark - Able to optimize a cpanel webserver or other standard hosting platforms, in case any client wants it for its current control panel. - Large knowledge and demonstrable experience with technologies like centmin mod, easyengine, serverpilot ..... PHP-FPM, Varnish, etc - Able to tune, cache and optimize SQL and PHP services. - Very experienced handleing SSL / .htaccess rewrites in nginx / apache. We're in lowcost market but want to give completely managed services for new WP project department. Tech must have tons of years of experience and must understand and fix issues in seconds, not in hours. We're providing a standard optimized platform, with nginx, php7, php-fpm and asynchronous servers. Please provide 1h bidding, we have a couple of issues to fix, but just want a price per hour. If tech works fine, we will do more things and you will be part of our usual wordpress tasks in the future. Also, tech would get management of some server that we owe. Thanks
