We require a coder that has previous experience and a proven track record of writing WordPress and MemberPress ([login to view URL]) plugins.
We are a UK charity with a subscription based membership. Subscriptions from members can be monthly or annually. Transactions and therefore Subscriptions are entered manually or automatically through one of several payment gateways via the MemberPress plugin.
We are entitled to claim gift aid through Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs ('HMRC') by creating and submitting a spreadsheet in a specified format at regular intervals.
The format of the spreadsheet can be found here -

We require a WordPress plugin written, adhering to the "WordPress Coding Standards" that will allow us to conditionally query the membership database and create an export (.csv?) that will be directly compatible with populating the aforementioned spreadsheet with no additional manual manipulation of data.
Access to the plugin will only be available to logged in members with a new and specified WordPress user role (suggest 'giftaid').
The plugin will allow the entry of a date range (with optional date picker).
The plugin, will allow the selection of 'All Members', 'Active Members', 'Expired Members' or 'Non-Members' (as per the current MemberPress functionality).
The plugin, will allow the selection of membership type ‘All Memberships’, ‘Annual IODPA Membership’, ‘Monthly IODPA Membership’ (these are the current values, but they may change, so the values must be taken from the MemberPress plugin).
It is a condition of claiming gift aid, that the member has previously declared that they are a UK tax payer. As this field is not standard in WordPress/MemberPress, we have created a new radio button field called 'Gift Aid', in the MemberPress plugin with the values of 'gift-aid' and 'no-gift-aid' on each user profile. The plugin will need to take into account the value of this field when querying the database, and only return those where gift aid has been specified.
The plugin will export member data (defined in the aforementioned spreadsheet) along with 'Transaction' data (i.e. monetary amounts) for the given date range.
The plugin will have the option to either (a) output every transaction by each user for the specified date period, or (b) create a single row per user with a total for all transactions for that user if there is more than one payment.
The plugin will store a history of previous queries, along with the results, and allow the same CSV file to be subsequently downloaded again (not re-queried). The history screen will allow rows to be deleted (with confirmation), and also contain a free text field for notes to be made against each entry.
