Hello, **UPDATE**: I see you mention that you enabled GZIP. No, GZIP is NOT enabled. Probably your administrator is assuring you that GZIP is enabled on your server, but IT IS NOT. I had these issues on my server as well. I own a server and thought that I am correct and and GTMETRIX as well as Pagespeed insights are not. Don't fall in this! GTMETRIX and pagespeed are both correct !!! You did not setup GZIP correctly that is why you cannot use it and your page. ------------------------------ Don't look further. The problem you have is GZIP. This is not enabled on your server, thus you are not gaining a thing from CDN or cache plugins. You need to be 100% sure that it is enabled and work as expected. If you don't enable GZIP serverwise not using .htaccess, or any other php script, then it is impossible to make all the above tricks play effectively. I have optimized many websites and the problem you have is more of a server issue than a wordpress. If the above make sense, i will be happy to assist you.
