Wordpress Website with some custom simple functionality that I will explain

I want to create a new website, choosing a WordPress template to be installed, but I want to create in the website 4 specific pages with specific functionality.
1) A gallery of events, with a small photo each, where the visitor can click to open a new seperated window to read more details and fill a form to participate.
2) A gallery of photos of events, that will open with a pop-up, and show photos of the event.
3) A page with a map, where the cursor activate highlighted areas of the map... and when the visitor click on the highlighted area, a pop up window shows some text and details of this area.
4) A simple form for participating in events, with a visible counter of the number of participants so far.
(like booking for some activity, but the counter to show the participants, or the free seats)
extra if possible and if cost is in budget:
5) member pages (areas) that need login from the user, like all websites do, but the administrator of the site to be able to make a user to be GOLD, SILVER or GUEST member,.
So, each page to be accessible only on members with specific membership.
THAT IS ALL.
