Write some Software

The project i'm working on is a monitoring system of solar energy stations. we set industrial x86 computers in station to grab inverters' status and statistics by Modbus RTU. I need to grab statistics from inverters in stations and write it to DB. And Front-end with user management can show each station statistics(inverters statistics summary). I already have an working app written in C++, but i need it to be rewritten to NodeJS in order to extend functionalities easily. And I have an web, php as backend. What i need you to help me: 1. I have a script written in NodeJS for capturing data from inverters of solar energy station. The npm module i used now is modbus-serial. I was in trouble because of the design of non-blocking of NodeJS. I would like to have your help to complete whole life cycle of the app. What it should be implemented: a. The app run 24/7 since computer boot up. Schedule the app, it's should capture data from 6 am ~ 18 am (GMT+8) b. It reads config data from database first, then use these data to setup modbus environment c. Write captured data to database d. Basically, rewrite the functionalities from C++ to NodeJS And Another, make a MEAN Stack web app Basically, rewrite the web with php as backend now to MEAN stack, and adding user, role, management. and fix some math issues for summary of statistics.
