Online Tour Operator Software
Basically I want the software to generate the itinerary for each tour on a set of variables, also to calculate total tour cost, maintain a master itinerary file, maintain a clients and suppliers ( Hotels & Vehicle hires) database, maintain a distance calculator from city to city, send emails to Suppliers requesting price quotes, and also sending emails to suppliers with bookings or amendments confirmations.
I want to be able to do all this online. Output should be PDF and Word File.
Variables;
1. Title. Eg; Mr, Mrs etc
2. First name
3. Last Name
4. Nationality
5. Telephone
6. Email
7. Arrival date
8. Departure date
9. Auto calculate; number of days and nights for tour. Eg: 10 days / 9 nights tour
10. No of Pax
11. Hotel Star rating
12. Experience type
13. Day 1 - Colombo
14. Day 2- Kandy
15. Day 3- Nuwara Eliya etc.
16. Select hotels as per star rating in the selected area. Eg. Colombo, Kandy etc
17. Select cheapest hotel in each area
18. Calculate total tour distance
19. Calculate vehicle hire cost for full tour ( Vehicles in database x KMs of tour)
20. Calculate the full tour cost ( 17 + 19)
