Write some Software

I am a student tracking performance for Norweigan Air (as part of low cost airline performance project). In essence, I want to be emailed automatically when one of their aircraft is delayed by two hours or more hours. I need this to be checked every hour - if no plane is two hours late at this time then I do not need to be emailed. Likewise, I do not need the same plane to be emailed to me repeatedly if it has been identified as late earlier. At the moment I have been doing this manually - going to [login to view URL] and then changing the 'From' Airport to the list of airport code below to see if they are delayed.
