Write some Software

As a supervisor of more than 3 different department , i find it hard to keep a track on all the tasks assigned and to monitor the progress. I am looking to hire a consultant who can develop a basic & easy to use software for data entry that can be either be cloud based or can run on an office network where i can supervise the work being done. Currently we use only basic document tools i.e. microsoft word and then share the work done via office network and server. The tasks are e.g. my HR coordinator maintains several sheets of data related to employees such as insurance, medial, leave, issued items, 3rd party certifications etc. I would like to set reminders to the entries when there is an expiry near by and the same reminder goes to the person entering the data. Similarly, several other sheets are being prepared for operational activities, fleet maintenance, inventory, QHSE dept. and so on. Main thing is to bring all these under one system/dashboard so that i can manage these tasks more efficiently.
