PDS/3CX to Database System Integration
Phase 1: Complete Predictive Dialer
In phase 1 we will provide with complete dialer working on 3cx with the following requirements:
Campaign creation:
• Campaign name
• Customers cv file with (phone number / full name /code /project/gender/...... )
• Campaign start date /end date – start time -end time
• Number of concurrent calls
• Queue number which will get calls through it
Campaign management:
a. interface should have ability to pause / stop /resume any campaign /edit campaign
b. in the edit campaign user can edit : campaign name / remove numbers / add numbers
c. provide campaign status ( active / paused / Finished / stopped )
d. provide number of Answered / not answered / remaining numbers /active calls /active calls
Reporting system:
a. ability to download .csv file same as uploaded in the campaign after adding the calling status ( answered / not answered / Fax /wrong number /voice mail / busy )
Phase 2: Full Integration with QPSMR
In phase 2 we will provide with complete integration with QPSMR as bellow:
Manual dialing scenario 1:
TCP socket will be opened on the dialer server to listen to the clients dialing requests:
• Agent will send ready in case he is free
• Agent from his QPSMR client will add client number and QPSMR will send to dialer server this string: Dial,number,user,study ( where number is customer number / user : is agent id / study is campaign name )
• Dialer will dial this customer number and transfer him to the agent
• After the call is done agent will click Finished on QPSMR , this will send us string (Finished,number,user,study,)
• Dialer should reply with EndInfo,information, ( information is the recording file name of this call )
• Dialer will update this number call status as agreed call status mentioned before
• Dialer won't call this number during again as it's called manually
Automatic scenario 2:
a) The messages from the Telin to the PDS :
Start,user, : tell the PDS that there is an agent opened the program and his PC username. (sent once)
Input,study, : tell the PDS which project the agent is working on now. (sent once)
Ready, : tell the PDS that this agent is ready now to have call. (sent each time the agent click on “PDS” button in the Telin software)
a) Dialer will only send call to the agent which is ready
b) After calling the customer number and the customer answered dialer should send :Called,number, : the PDS sends the number which is successfully answered to one of the agents connected to the PDS. (sent once the PDS generates a working answred number)
c) After the call is done agent will click Finished on QPSMR , this will send us string (Finished,number,user,study,)
d) Dialer should reply with EndInfo,information, ( information is the recording file name of this call )
e) Dialer won't send any calls till the agent click on Ready on the QPSMR
