Xoops Module

Job Description:

I am looking for the following module for Xoops. I have to have Full Rights to this script and the programmer will NOT be able to resell this module. If you disagree to these terms then please do not bid.

There has been much request for a subscription module so that membership to a site would be paid for. I.e. They can sign up to a free account and get limited access to the site, however they can then get upgraded in which they will be able to access all modules.

Once they have paid they will be sent to one of the payment gateways i state below to pay, then once payment is made, their account gets moved groups to the one that can acess all modules.

Payment gateways need to be PayPal and 2CheckOut. The admin needs to be able to choose which gateway they want. Also, the currency has to be easily changeable. I want it to be able to be in Euro's, American Dollars and British Sterling.

Payment to programmer will be made after the module has been tried and tested by myself. Can be done via Escrow or PayPal.
