We sell non-insurance health coverage through Agents and Agencies and need to track the sales by Agent, Agency, and General Agent as they come in. I need a Zoho expert who can recommend the BEST way to accomplish what I'm looking for. We have multiple WordPress sites where members purchase subscription services using Gravity Forms. We need ALL data to be moved from the Wordpress sites to Zoho so that all data fields collected are pushed from WP to Zoho. Many fields are already created in Contacts, but want to discuss best practices for management of members, agents, and partners.
We need partial entries to be listed as leads (multiple partial entries from the same person to be consolidated) and full form submissions (click submit) to be entered as follows: 1) Broker Contracting Form goes to new Module "Agents", 2) Sales Forms (Members) go to Contacts??? or new Module "Clients", 3) Group-Profile Form goes to new Module "Groups". Fields in Gravity Forms/WP show what Agent made the sale (Contact Owner), who their upline is (who they produce for), etc. Many more requirements for data to be placed, but primarily simple Mapping of fields in WP to Zoho.
Once data pulls/pushes from Gravity Forms/WP to Zoho, need Reports to include specific fields that can be then FTP'd up to our partners to provision services. Will need some data fields to be changed during that process or as brought in (ex. "New York" is state, need it converted to "NY").
