Zoho Service Desk Support Admin
I am looking for a Zoho Service Desk support admin to provide ongoing support for our completed implementation. We require support for specific changes and need response times within 48 hours.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Zoho Service Desk implementation and administration experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide quick and efficient support
- Support engineer to help the customer requests
- Knowledge of IT service management software and best practices
- Ability to check DL (distribution list email multiple times per day)
- Complete the following tasks daily:
1. Create ticket from messages in IT Inbox
2. Reply to the users with an acknowledgment
3. Include the ticket number in the message reply
4. Copy the IT Distribution email group on the message
5. Assign ticket to engineer
6. Engineer services the request
7. Engineer notifies customer
8. Service request ticket is closed with time and artifacts attached (as necessary)
+Work on AI integration of Zoho Zia to streamline the daily routine tasks
