Pictures encrypter

I need 2 programs,

1 to convert jpg, png, etc. to a special own picture format, and a little app who can view these pictures which should look a bit like windows viewer for pictures.

So, I hope you understand what I want, a tool to crypt existing jpeg's , gif's, png's, bmp's to either .bam (only readable trough the picviewer) or .bap (only readable trough the picviewer after giving the right picpass, or master pass).

And as you see I want the possibility to give .bap file a password which needs to be entered in the picviewer tool.

The .bap and .bam files can only be opened in my own viewer, not like changing [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view] and it's already readable, no crypted please.
