Bathroom Tap Install & Leak Fix

I’m replacing the current bathroom faucet with a modern single-handle unit and need a licensed plumber who can handle the swap quickly and neatly. While you’re on-site, I also want the small leak under the basin fully diagnosed and repaired so we leave the vanity completely dry. Scope of work – Remove existing bathroom tap and install the new single-handle model (I have the tap ready; bring any connectors or sealant you prefer). – Identify the source of the leak beneath the basin trap or supply lines and carry out a permanent repair. – Test for proper flow, temperature mix, and confirm zero drips before you leave. – Tidy up the workspace and dispose of the old hardware. Acceptance criteria • New tap operates smoothly with no wobble, cross-threading, or cosmetic damage. • No visible or detectable leaks after 10 minutes of full-flow testing. • Area left clean, with all fittings tightened to standard plumbing code.
