Commercial Building Plumbing Design

Our new mid-rise commercial building needs a full plumbing design package covering water supply, sanitary drainage, and fire-protection piping. I already have the architectural plans in DWG and PDF; what I need from you is a coordinated, code-compliant set of plumbing drawings and calculations that the authorities and my construction team can build from. You will size all pipes, pumps, tanks, and fixtures; select materials that meet local regulations; and route everything so it never clashes with the structural grid or tenant MEP zones. Please work in either AutoCAD or Revit—whichever lets you deliver clean 2D sheets plus a model that integrates easily with the rest of our BIM workflow. Deliverables • Schematic and layout drawings for domestic cold & hot water, sanitary drainage, and fire sprinkler lines • Hydraulic and demand calculations (Excel or similar) with clear input assumptions • Fixture schedules and equipment data sheets • Annotated PDF plot set ready for permit submission, plus the native DWG/RVT files Acceptance will be based on clear labeling, adherence to the latest local plumbing and fire codes, accurate pipe sizing, and clash-free coordination checked in Navisworks.
