I need a producer for my podcast. They need to spend a couple of hours with me to record the episode on Zoom or on Riverside. They need to be able to give me direction if needed (not often needed) and then edit the segment to take out background noise, edit best intros for the episode, add some graphics (maybe 3 or 4 per episode), and load it up to a program like Frame. IO where I can go through the edited version and provide time stamps for the producer to make shorts. When it is complete, they can send me a link with the shorts for me to send to the host and for me to upload to social media. They will need to make one set of 4-5 shorts for Youtube with captions and give me also one blank copy. Then they need to upload on Youtube and all of the audio platforms. I release one episode a week NO MATTER WHAT. So if I need to travel, I will need to get ahead on filming. I keep a google sheet with the schedule of guests and my producer needs to be able to email with me to find times to record the episodes. Some week I have several recordings and other weeks none but one drops every sunday evening and he must get me the edited version for me to run through each Wednesday and needs to get me the clips with the link for the host on Fridays at the latest.
